Terms of service

By creating an account or using EdgeLabHub you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy and risk disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18.

EdgeLabHub is software for building and testing trading strategies, practising on historical data, keeping a trading journal, screening securities and viewing a portfolio from brokers you connect. It can send an order to your own broker when you tell it to.

EdgeLabHub is an analytics tool. It is not a broker, an exchange or an investment adviser, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

• Give accurate details and keep your password and any API keys safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
• One person per account. Do not share logins.

When you connect a broker you authorise EdgeLabHub to read your account and, if you press the final confirmation, to send the order you reviewed. EdgeLabHub never places an order without that confirmation.

• You are responsible for every order you confirm, including its size, price, product and timing.
• Orders are carried out by your broker under its own terms. A market order can fill at a different price from the one shown, and a broker or exchange can reject, delay or change an order.
• Prices shown in EdgeLabHub can be delayed or wrong. Check your broker before you rely on them.
• Keep your broker credentials current. You may need to take steps with the broker, such as registering an IP address or renewing a daily token.

AI answers, trade explanations and verdicts are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. They are information to help you think, not advice, and you should check them against the data and your own judgment before acting.

• Do not break the law, or use EdgeLabHub to manipulate markets or deceive others.
• Do not attempt to access other people's data, probe or overload the service, or work around plan limits.
• Do not copy, resell or scrape the service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Do not upload anything you have no right to share.

EdgeLabHub has a free plan and paid plans, billed monthly or yearly as described on the pricing page. Plan allowances (such as AI requests and trade explanations) count in periods starting when your plan started or was renewed. You can change or cancel at any time; limits change straight away and what you built stays. Prices can change for future periods with notice.

Your strategies, journal, notes and other content stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service for you. We do not claim ownership of them.

We work to keep EdgeLabHub available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Market data and broker connections depend on third parties. We may change or remove features, and will give notice of changes that significantly affect you.

EdgeLabHub is provided “as is”. Trading and investing carry risk of loss and results from backtests, replays and forward tests do not guarantee future results. To the fullest extent the law allows, EdgeLabHub is not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using EdgeLabHub and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other people.

We may update these terms. When a change matters, we will change the date above and tell you in the app or by email. Using EdgeLabHub after that means you accept the new terms.
